Was the workshop mainly aimed at young adults?

Thank you for the encouraging comment. The energy was incredible. The workshop was open to anyone 16+ years. There was a range of ages for the people who participated.

The space, Paragon Studios PS2 Project Space – a visual arts space, was very important as we had no need to worry about making a mess. This flexibility was key and allowed the freedom to make a mark without being tentative about spoiling it.

What an interesting, exciting workshop! Have you ever run such workshops as a therapeutic exercise? It sounds so liberating and un-frightening, maybe very helpful to people feeling somewhat down and stuck. Thank you for showing us this project.

This looks so exciting and freeing. Can you provide a complete list of the words you used in both phases?
