Suzie Mackenzie

Suzie MacKenzie studied Fine Art printmaking at Loughborough University. She now lives and works in the northern highlands of Scotland where her studio overlooks the Moray Firth. A qualified teacher, Suzie spent some years teaching in the local primary school before returning to printmaking full-time. Her work explores human and animal interaction with the landscape and tries to convey some of the sense of mystery and wonder that these locations and moments can evoke. Her current output investigates the expressive medium of collagraph printmaking.
