This session aims to build your knowledge around how the AccessArt Primary Art Curriculum pathways are constructed, and how they can be adapted to suit your school. We also share our top tips to help you improve outcomes.
In this session we talk about how charcoal is an excellent medium to help introduce children to the idea that drawings can be made using the whole body, using the qualities of charcoal to work in dynamic ways.
This recording is suitable for Art Leads, Classroom Teachers, SLT and other educators. Please note that even if you are not following this pathway, you may find the ideas and approaches relevant to other ages/pathways. The activities in this pathway can also be adapted to other ages and settings.
