Rachel Thompson is a trained theatre designer and works as a member of the AccessArt projects team, alongside being a professional artist.

Before joining AccessArt, Rachel regularly ran creative workshops to children and young people across Cambridge and had teaching roles across several nationally recognised arts qualifications, including Art Foundation, Creative Apprenticeships and Arts Award.
