InSET Day at Welland Academy: Exploring Printmaking Processes
AccessArt were invited to Welland Academy on an InSET day to run two morning and two afternoon workshops. The workshops ran in parallel: Drawing and Sketchbooks in the morning and Making and Printmaking in the afternoon. The staff were divided into two groups so that they could share what they'd learnt with each other: one group exploring drawing and making with Sheila Ceccarelli and the other group working with Andrea Butler on constructing sketchbooks and experimenting with print processes. The workshops were designed to introduce staff to a selection of creative processes and techniques that could be adapted for different subjects or curricular topics. This resource documents the printmaking session that took place after lunch.
