Inky Objects with Melissa Pierce Murray

By Melissa Pierce Murray

In this workshop I introduced the idea of thinking of the piece of paper as an object to shape, rather than a picture plane to fill.

My idea was to use ink marks to create paper shapes which we could then cut out and arrange in a similar way as we arranged objects in the previous session, Drawing with Objects, to make compositions across the floor.
