Eleanor Somerset

Eleanor studied painting and drawing (BA Fine Art) under Dave Willets and Dave Measures at Trent Polytechnic in the ‘80’s. Her own work is semi-abstract painting and drawing.

Eleanor has a PGCE in secondary Art & Design from MMU (and full QTS) which has also been an inspiration to her development as an educator. She understands that everyone responds uniquely to various materials and working methods so offers a range of activities within her teaching – including printmaking, painting, claywork, modroc and wire etc.
