AccessArt Artist Educator Network

AccessArt has always valued the work that artist educators* do in raising the status of arts in schools and the community, sharing their unique skills and approaches. We have supported artist educators for many years by helping to develop facilitation skills and ideas, through our evolving collection of resources.

We are keen to further support artist educators in the UK and overseas – to build awareness of the unique skills and approaches which artists can bring to education.

AccessArt is launching the AccessArt Artist Educator Network. 

The Network will meet virtually, each term, to share practice, highlight opportunities and debate issues. 

Access to the Network is available to AccessArt Members. Membership is just £3.50 per month – find out more here. 

*We define Artist Educators as practitioners who consider themselves practising artists who have an interest in education. Teachers who are not practicing artists may like to attend our other zoom events.
