Art Bytes
Art Bytes is a NEW, national programme for primary, secondary and SEN schools, combining an inter-school art competition with a virtual gallery and augmented reality technology. It is based on 9 years experience in the North West and is proven to nurture talent, raise ambition and develop confidence, as well as support mental health and help develop vital skills for future employment. We are proud to support schools and educational settings with their Artsmark journey through our high quality visual arts teaching resources and through our CPD and InSET training that enable teachers to embed the arts into their classrooms.
NSEAD
Established in 1888, NSEAD is the only trade union, learned society and professional body for art, craft & design educators across the UK.
Over the course of a year, Sheila Ceccarelli from AccessArt worked with Kate Noble and the Fitzwilliam Museum Learning Team, to inspire primary school teachers, in and around Cambridgeshire, to take a closer look at Cupid and Psyche by Jacopo Del Sellaio to inspire creative responses by pupils in their schools.
