AccessArt runs an ongoing programme of Zoom CPD to help support educators develop their understanding of the visual arts.
The majority of our CPD is offered free of charge to AccessArt members, and with the exception of the collaborative CPD, most of our zoom sessions are recorded and made available as a library resource to members.
Autumn Term 2024
This Autumn Term, we’re excited to create a Zoom offer which celebrates all the AccessArt community, making sure everyone feels included, regardless of the educational setting you work in.
We welcome classroom teachers, home educators, artist educators, facilitators in care homes and hospitals, and a whole wealth of other educators to our website and programme. Join our supportive network as we inspire and enable visual arts education for learners in all settings.

This session will explore some of the simple and more advanced ways we can improve outcomes and experiences in art. In this session which focuses on drawing, we will share some of our observations and experiences gathered over the years to help you understand the importance of materials, methods and approach.
This session is suitable for educators working in all settings, including EYFS, Primary and Secondary Schools, Health & Community Care, Home Education, Lifelong Learning and Museum and Gallery Education. If you are already using the AccessArt Primary Art Curriculum then this session will help you build upon your practice and understanding, to take your teaching to the next level.
