Kate has created community arts projects including, an award winning library bus, the children’s tent at the national Jubilee celebrations and puppet performance at the Thames Festival. Her PGCE featured placements in both the BFI and V&A clore learning.
Kate is currently Art and Cultural Lead at The Belham Primary School, in Peckham. She has utilised the thriving local arts scene and developed an exciting curriculum. Kate has worked closely with The Tate, is Specialist Leader in Art, for the South London Teaching Alliance and an Advocate for A New Direction, supporting schools in developing their arts and culture offer.
