Wow, Andrea! As Sheila said, it is stunning! Such a beautiful piece of work and so striking. There is a real sense of drama to this sculpture. The dress couldn’t have been in a better setting, its shape framed by the circular shape of the garden, and the red stones (painted?) echoing the autumn leaves on the dress. Your article about your thoughts and creative processes makes for fascinating reading – I love the fact you reinterpreted the brief and found a way to push the boundaries to make for a real thought-provoking piece of work. The photos are stunning too – beautiful close-ups and great detail. Amazing piece of work Andrea and big thanks for sharing!
